    1. The Philippine Financial System shall finance the overall plan for the Agrarian Industrial Revolution (AIR)

III. OVERTHROW THE BUREAUCRATIC GOVERNMENT

Establish the Union of Revolutionary Council and Organization. URCO will stand as a Revolutionary Coordinating Council of the Organization of the Revolution. Organizational Principle: Revolutionary Anarchism shall be the Ideological, Political, and Organizational foundation.

V. THE ENERGY BASE OF INDUSTRIALIZATION

Both State Capitalism and State Socialism use and consume the same energy base, non-renewable resources. It depletes and destroys our natural resources. The effects are the never-ending problems of environmental pollution and ecological imbalance. Herein lays the root causes of social degradation, social unrest, imperialism, and world wars.

A. Non-renewable resources
      • Fossil fuel
      • Gas / Coal
      • Oil / Crude oil
      • Mineral resources
  1. Effects
    • Air pollution
    • Environmental pollution
    • Industrial wastes
    • Ecological imbalance
Using non-renewable resources as the fuel of industries makes obsolete and backward all the developmental progress in science and technology.

VI. RENEWABLE RESOURCES: A NEW SOURCE OF ENERGY

Renewable resources as the new source of energy are the best and the most appropriate natural energy. They are the easiest and the safest sources of energy able to us. Renewable resources should be the energy base of the Agrarian-Industrial Revolution. We need to harmonize the socio-political sphere, science and techno sphere, and socio-economic and cultural sphere. We can proceed to construct a truly classless and stateless society.

     A. ALTERNATIVE SOURCES OF ENERGY
  • Solar energy / Electromagnetic Force Field Energy
  • Air / recycle energy
  • Heat / Thermal / Geothermal energy
  • Water energy / Tidal-Wave energy
  • Useful mineral resources ( limited and regulated; optional)
EFFECTS
    • Environment-friendly
    • Ecologically sound
    • It will help the natural healing of our environment
    • Future environment/balanced ecological system
We must use the all-natural resources of our country intelligently. By using wisely and intelligently all the energy resources in our surroundings, we uphold the concept of energy conservation of natural sources of energy. In effect, we are preserving the natural reservoir of world resources for the future, the natural means of producing wealth.

"In a revolutionary organization, everything should be straightforward, honest, and sincere.”
