Ang Organisasyon

Ang organisasyon ang pinagsama-samang indibidwal na siyang bumubuo ng anumang uri ng samahan o kilusan.

Ang organisasyon ang pinagsama-samang talino, kakayahan ng bawat indibidwal. Ito ang organisasyon ng isip, pagkilos, intension, mga hangarin at layunin.

Ang indibidwal ang bumubuo ng oraganisasyon. Kung wala ang indibidwal walang maituturing ng grupo. Lahat ng grupo, kilusan nagsimula sa maliit.

Mula sa maliit ng grupo ng tao, mula sa hiwa-hiwalay na indibidwal at minoryang grupo, ini-aanak nito ang mayoryang kasapian. Isa itong proseso ng paglawak ng oraganisasyon.

Ang minortyang grupo, ang pinagsama-samang indibidwal at boluntaryong grupo. Ang hiwa-hiwalay na minoryang grupo ang siya naming bumubuo sa mayoryang kasapian. Ibig sabihin, ito ang likas o natural na pag-unlad at paglawak ng isang organisasyon. Ang natural na proseso na hindi hinog sa pilit.

Ang desentralisadong pamumuno at sentralisadong pagkilos, umaayon sa interes ng indibidwal at minoryyang grupo. Ang minoryang ay hindi dapat ipa-ilalam sa mayoryang grupo kung ang particular na interes nito ang mas makakabuti para sa direkta at malayang aksyon.

Ang desentralisang pamumuno, umaayon sa interes ng indibidwal at minoryang grupo. Pinapahalagahan nito ang lahat ng mga pagkukusa at inisyatiba ng bawat isa. At mas makakaakma ang grupo sa lahat ng sitwasyon at pangangailangan.

Ang sentralisadong pagkilos, umaayon sa isang takdang panahon ng pagkilos, ngunit hindi sa lahat ng pagkakataun. Depende ito sa hinihingi ng sitwasyon, pagkakataun, pangangailangan at particular anyo ng pagkilos. Itubuturo sa natin na maging pleksible sa lahat ng panahon.

Ang desentralisadong pagmumuno at sentralisadong pagkilos, umaayon sa pleksibeng pangangailangan ng indibidwal at minoryang grupo. Koordinasyong lamang ang kailangan para sa galaw at pagkilos ng lahat.

LIPUNAN AT REBOLUSYUNARYONG ANARKISMO

I. KAHULUGAN

1.BAKIT ANARKISMO?

Ang salitang Anarkismo, halaw sa salitng Griyego, anarchus. Ibig sabihin walang hari. Ang “an” nangangahulugang wala. Ang “archus” nangangahulugang hari. Kaya’t ang kahulugan walang hari. Anarchus, “without a ruler.”

2. ANG MAKASAYSAYANG SALIK

Unang ginamit at pinatanyag ng teoritisyang Ruso si Peter Kropotkin. Gayundin si Michael Bakunin na nagsabuhay nito sa panahhon ng pag-usbong ng Kilusang Proletaryong Rebolusyon sa Yuropa (1848-1892).

Sa Yuropa, ang kasaysayan ng kilusang komunista at kilusang anarkista, magkasabay na umusbong at tinanggap ng malawak na bilang ng mamamayan, lalung-laluna ng manggagawa at magsasaka. Katunayan, ang pangunahing dahilan ng paghihiwalay ng Unang Pandaigdigang Kilusang Proletaryo sa pamumuno nina Karl Marx at Friedrich Engels, at pagsulpot ng kilusang proletaryong anarkista sa pamumuno ni Michael Bakunin.

Ayon kay Karl Marx, may anim na yugto ang lipunan; ang lipunang komunal, lipunang alipin, lipunang pyudal, lipunang kapitalista at lipunang sosyalista.

Maliban sa primitibo-komunal at lipunang komunista, ang lipunang alipin, pyudal, kapitalista at ang mga tinaguriang bansang sosyalista sa ating panahon, naglalarawan pa rin ng pananatili ng mga uri, ang tunggalian ng kasarian at mga uri, ang walang humpay na pang-aapi at pagsasamantala, tunggalian ng paniniwalang relihiyon hinggil sa diyos, tunggalian ng lahi sa lahi, himagsikan ng mga bansa at mamamayan laban sa imperyalistang bansa, ang pangkalatahang pagbaba ng puri at dangal ng tao at pagpapatayan ng tao sa tao. Lahat ng ito, mauugat sa pananatili at pag-iral ng kapitalistang pagsasamantala at pananatili ng mga gubyerno laban sa sangkatauhan.

Kaya nga lahat ng taong nabubuhay mula sa lipunang alipin hanggang sa kasalukuyang panahon, lahat nagnanais na ituwid ang kaayusang ito. Ang iba’t-ibang gubyerno na naitayo ng tao katulad ng monarkiya, dinastiya, diktadura, hunta-militar, demokratikong gubyerno, demokratikong republika, demokratikong estado, sosyalistang estado at otoritaryanismo, lahat ng ito mga anyo ng paghahari ng tao sa tao. Ang kapangyarihang-pulitikal na kaakibat ng mga gubyerno, at paghahari-harian ng tao, walang naidulot na kabutihan sa sangkatauhan.

Ang 70 taong pagkakatayo ng Unyong Sobyet mula 1920 hanggang 1990 at ang pagbagsak ng estadong sosyalista sa pamumuno ng partido komunista, pagpapatunay na anumang anyong pulitikal na paghahari ng tao sa tao, nakatakdang magwakas. Ang paghiwalay ng 15 republika na bumubuo sa Unyong Sobyet, nagpapatotoo sa dating nang paratang ng rebolusyunaryong anarkista na ang pagtatayo ng estadong sosyalista, di magtitiyak ng landas patungo sa lipunang walang-uri at walang gubyerno. Idagdag pa rito ang malaking burukrasya nilikha ng partido na kumukubabaw sa malawak na bilang ng uring mangagagawa.

Maging Si Trotsky (tagapagtatag ng pulang hukbo, pinapatay ni Stalin) sa kanyang “The Revolution Betrayed” naglahad ng mga natatanging pagda-usdos ng “gubyerno ng manggagawa at magsasaka.” Si Volin sa kanyang “The Unknown Revolution” nagsalaysay sa pakikibaka ng mamamayan sa Kronstadt, Ukraine at ng Makhnovist Insurrectionary Army, nagpatunay din sa mga kamalian ng partido Bolshevik bago pa maipagtagumpay ang rebolusyong Ruso 1917.

Sa mga indibidwal, rebolusyunaryo, grupo-samahan at organisasyon di pa huli para sa rebolusyunaryong pagbabago. Pag-aralan natin lahat kung maaari, lahat tungkol sa rebolusyon.

II. PAHAHAMBING

1. ANG MATERYALISMONG DIALEKTIKO

Walang bagay sa kalawakan, daigdig at lipunan na di bat-bat ng pagbabago, mula sa maliliit na bagay, simple at kumplekado. Ito ang batas ng kalikasan na di mapapasubalian. Ito ang buod ng materyalismong dialektiko. Ang ubod ng pagbabago ng mga bagay sa loob nito.

Pag-aralan ang batas ng kemistri, ang mga elemento, compound at mixture pawang pagpapakita ng pagbabago sa loob ng mga bagay. Ang komposisyong kemikal ang nagpapatunay kung matigas, malambot, malabnaw o malapot ang mga bagay. Isa ibang salita, ang kemistri, pag-aaral tungkol sa kantitatibong pagbabago (quantitative change) tungo sa kalitatibong pagbabago (qualitiative change). Ito’y aralin hinggil sa buhay kemikal ng mga bagay.

Ang araw ang siyang pinakamahalagang pinagkukunan ng enerhiya ng tao, hayop, halaman, puno’t gubat, ng kapaligiran at daigdig, ng lahat ng buhay sa kalawakan. Kung wala ang araw walang proseso ng buhay sa daigdig. Kung wala rin ang bolang araw sa kalagitnaan ng mundo, walang gravity at hindi iikot ang mundo. Ito ang dahilang kung bakit may magneto ang hilaga at timog.

Ang pagtuklas sa batas ng kalikasan ang siyang saligang batayan sa pag-aaral ng materyalismong dialektiko at materyalismong istoriko. Ito ang tinaguriang siyensya ng lipunan.

Ang Anarkismo, katulad din ng ibang kaisipang pulitikal, Ito’y isang ideolohiya. Itinuturing na pinaka-radikal na kaisipang pampulitika.

Itinuturo ng kaisipang ito, na walang mga bagay, relasyon, sistema o kaayusang panlipunan na nananatili habang panahon. Lahat ng nakalipas na sistema ng paghahari ng tao sa tao, mga imperyo at sistemang pang-ekonomiya na nakapagsasamantala sa tao, ibinabagsak ng paghihimagsik ng mamamayan. Tinutumbok-tinatahak ang pagwasak sa lahat ng uri-anyo ng pagsasamantala ng tao sa tao, upang magbigay daan sa panibagong kalayaang panlipunan para sa lahat. Binubuksang daan pinto para sa walang humpay na pagbabago ng tao, ekonomiya at lipunan.

Mula nuon hanggang ngayon, ang mga himagsikan, nauuwi sa pagbagsak ng isang paghahari para suportahan ang panibagong paghahari laban sa taumbayan. Ito ang karaniwang pagkakamali ng mga rebolusyunaryo at ng mamamayan, nauuwi sa wala ang mga pagsusumikap na mapakilos ang taumbayan, sapagkat nasagkaan ng pampulitikang grupo na hangad maghari. Lagi nang ang mamamayan o ang malawak na bilang ng taumbayan ang napagsasamantalahan. Walang hanggang katayuang lagi nang kanahihinatnan ng mga rebolusyon.

Ang rebolusyunaryong katipunan, kailanman ay hindi partido pulitikal. Ito'y isang rebolusyunayong alyansa ng mga magsasaka at manggagawa. Katunayan, mas mabilis na lumawak ang kasapian ng isang rebolusyunaryong alyansa kumpara sa isang partido pulitikal at mas malawak ang saklaw.

Kailanman hindi pa naganap ang lubos na pagkawasak sa mga ugat ng panlipunan-sigalot at kahirapan. Lalagi nang nagtatagumpay ang mga kampon na nagpapanatili sa mapagsamantalang kaayusang panlipunan. Sinumang tapat na rebolusyunaryo, nagnanais kumilos para sa paglaya ng nakakarami, nararapat wakasan ang anumang uri-anyo ng paghahari-harian ng tao sa tao. Mula rito, masasabing ang sangkatauhan, naglakbay na mula sa masalimuot na kasaysayan patungo sa maaliwalas at bagong bukas.

2.ANG MATERYALISMONG ISTORIKO

Itinuturo ang materyalismong istoriko na ang pang-ekonomiyang pag-unlad ang siyang pinamalakas na ugyok at nag-uugnay sa tao para umunlad at maghangad ng kakaibang anyo ng buhay.

Sa bawat pag-unlad sa kabuhayan ng tao, unang-una rito ang paraan sa produksyon, kagamitan sa produksyon at pwaersa sa produksyon. Dito nakasalalay kung anung uri ng lipunan ang umiiral sapagkat ipinakikita ng sistema ng produksyon kung ano ang kaayusang panlipunan mayruon tayo. Sa pagtuklas ng makabagong paraan sa produksyon, itinutulak ang lipunan sa mas maunlad na sistema ng pamumuhay, kaalinsabay nito, ang pag-unlad ng panibagong kaisipan at kasanayan. Ngunit sa bawat yugto ng pag-ulad sa produksyon pansamantala nitong sinasagkaan ang dati nang umiiral na sistema at relasyon sa produksyon. Kaya’t pana-panahon sumusulpot o umuusbong ang bagong krisis sa ekonomiya.

Bunga nito, sinisira ang tunay at totoong pangangailangan ng tao, labis na produkto hindi naman maangkin ng taumbayan at ng manggagawa. Dagdag pa, ang pinagkukunan ng enerhiya o lakas para sa pag-inog ng produksyon, nakapagdudulot din ng pagbabago sa kapaligirang-panlipunan. Sa kasalukuyan, sinisira nito ang likas na yaman ng daigdig at nagbubunga pa ng malaganap na ekolohiyang polusyon. Masasabing ang kabuuang sistema ng kapitalistang produksyon, hindi na umaakma sa tunay na pangangaialangan ng mamamayan ng daigdig. Nagdududlot ngayon ng pandaigdigang krisis sa pangkalahatang sistema ng produksyon at relasyong panlipunan.

Mahalaga ang rebolusyunaryong pag-unlad ng pangkalahatan kamulatang panlipunan ng taumbayan, ngunit mas higit na mapagpasya ang patutunguhan ng Rebolusyong Panlipunan (Social Revolution) o ang landas ng rebolusyunaryong pagbabago sapagkat ito ang magtitiyak sa kinabukasan ng sangkatauhan.

Dito pumapasok ang mahalagang paglilinaw o usapin para sa rebolusyong panlipunan. Ang pagwasak at pagwawakas sa dating relasyong panlipunan na nagpapanatili sa mapagsamantala at mapang-aping kaayusan. Ang pag-igkas sa kasaysayan ng sangkatauhan.

Itinuturo ng rebolusyuanaryong anarkismo, hindi nararapat magtayo ng kapangyarihang-pulitikal ang rebolusyunaryong mamamayan, sapagkat ang mismong lakas ng rebolusyunaryong kilusan, ang siyang nang ugat at saligan ng rebolusyunaryong lakas, ang malawak na masa ng mamamayan. Wala nang makakapigil rito. Hindi na kailangan pang magtatag ng isang gubyerno o kapangyarihang-pulitikal para sa direksyon o nagdikta sa tamang landas ng rebolusyong panlipunan, sapagkat sasagka muli ang paghaharing ito sa interes ng taumbayan. Aral ito sa kasaysayan ng tao.

Dapat susugan ang teoritikal na prinsipyo ng siyentikong sosyalismo, ang lipunang walang-uri at walang gubyerno at iayon ang organisasyunal na tunguhin ng rebolusyunaryong kilusan dito. Maliligaw ang rebolusyunaryong mamamayan mula sa teoritikal na batayan ng siyentipikong komunismo kapag itinayo muli ang panibagong paghahari o ang sinasabing “gubyerno ng mamamayan.” Sapagkat walang tunay na gubyerno ng mamamayan. Ilusyon ito.

Ang ating layunin; itayo ang tunay na lipunan ng tao at hindi ang kapangyarihang-pulitikal. Ito’y isang kapahamakang pangkasaysayan. Hindi na dapat pang maulit.

Isinilang ang kapangyarihang-pulitikal kasabay ng pagsilang ng mga uri at tunggalian ng mga uri batay sa pagkontrol sa kagamitan sa produksyon, ang pribadong pagmamay-ari rito. Kaya’y kinakailangan ang gubyerno para magsa-ayos sa tunggaliang ito o mamagitan sa panig ng mga naghaharing-uri. Pagpawi sa pribadong pagmamay-ari sa produksyon ang target ng rebolusyong panlipunan.

Pagsasakamay ng kagamitan sa produksyon mula sa rebolusyunaryo proletaryong kilusan, ang pinakamahalagang layunin ng siyentipikong sosyalismo para patakbuhin ayon sa interes ng indibidwal, ng mamamayan at lipunan. Likhain ang pinakamainam na kondisyon para sa walang humpay na pag-unlad ng tao at lipunan.

May produksyon na batay sa mga partikular na pangangailangan ng tao at may produksyon ayon naman sa interes na mamamayan. Ang pananamit, pagkain at pabahay ang siya pa ring batayang pangangailangan ng tao. Magbabago ang anyo ng mga ito, ngunit hindi ang halaga nito sa araw-araw. Hindi ito magbabago kelanman anumang marating ng tao sa hinaharap.

Hindi likas sa tao ang mapagsamantala at mapang-api. Lahat ng bagay na di likas, nakatakdang magwakas. Katulad na ang pribadong pagmamay-ari sa produksyon, hindi likas at ang pagkakahati ng tao sa mga uri, ang paggamit ng salapi kapalit ng halaga ng produkto at lakas-paggawa. Ito’y magwawakas.

Ang lipunan ang siyang tirahan ng tao. Magagawa ng tao paunlarin ang kanyang intelektwal, kaisipan-kalusugan, pangangatakawan, kasanayan-kakayahan at katalinuhan kung hindi na sagka ang pang-ekonomiyang pagdarahop at kahirapan ng lahat ng tao sa daigdig.

Sa pagkakataong ito, lahat ng tao makakahalok na para sa walang humpay na pag-unlad ng siyensya, industriya at teknolohiya para sa ikabubuti at kasaganaan ng pamumuhay ng tao sa lipunan.

Pinakamataas ang layunin na hangarin, ang lipunang walang-uri at walang gubyerno. ito ang natatanging lipunang dapat hangarin ng tao, natupad na palaisipan sa kasaysayan ng sangkatauhan.

Energy cannot be created or destroyed.
Energy is a primeval force. It's the
beginning of everything. Energy is also
a relationship of thing that has life.
Thus, in the beginning was the relationship
of everything.

In order for the this primeval force to exist
eternally with relationship to everything,
the energy needs a space.

What is energy? It is the ability
to do work. You/We exert effort to
do valuable/useful thing/work.

Work is a process of doing thing.
Just as it is the ability of nature
to create life.

In this case, evolution and creation
is not really two different phenomena.
The western philosophers define things
as if everything are not connected.
Thus the creation vs evolution issue.

Nature can't create things if it don't
undergo a process - evolve. Nature
can't create LIFE out of nothing.

Without evolution nature can't create
something. In other words, evolution
and creation is in fact, a two connecting
processes. In nature, process produces life.

In other words, the great contradict
is just evolving or revolving around
the issue linking the two words that
suggest the same results - the processes
of evolutionary change or creation.

What is nature? We define nature as
innate/instinctive, things/matters that
are already there/existing. no one
created it. Thus natural.

Therefore, instead of saying evolution
versus creation - a dichotomy/division.

Evolutionary change is in fact a
process of creation...

BASIC LAWS OF PHYSICS

According to the basic foundation of theoretical physics; like signs repel and unlike signs attract. Now we're going to examine this theoretical premise if this is really true by application and by mathematical computations...

Like signs repel and unlike signs attract. Let's try to express this in mathematical terms. Let's apply the addition of like signs and unlike signs...

If we have +5 +5 therefore the answers will be +10. It follows that if we have -5 -5 the answer will be -10. But if we have -5 +10 the answer will be +5 or if +10 -15 the answer well be -5...

Now according to the basic theoretical physics; like signs repel. But in the case of addition by like signs we have different answer. It follows that addition of like signs only shows to us that it adds up or it only increases (add) the value of the two given number. While the addition of unlike signs give us totally different answer. Instead of increasing the value of the two given number it decreases (subtract) the value by half...

Therefore our answer should be; like signs attract and unlike signs repel. Which is now the opposite of the very foundation of theoretical physics...

We have shown through basic mathematical equations that the basic premise of theoretical physics doesn't conform to the basic laws of the four fundamental operations (addition, multiplication, subtraction, division)...

Based on our finding we can now formulate our own formula for basic electricity; where I – is current and E – is the voltage. Thus our new formula will be;

I=E or I=E2. Where current is now equal to voltage or we can interchange the formula with E=I. It shows also that this formula is now congruent with Albert Einstein's E=mc2. Energy is equal to the mass times the speed of light. Now we have a unified theory of quantum physics...

Greetings of Solidarity and Internationalism…

We will not expect that this letter, e-mail will be published in your magazine, the Entrepreneur, because it contains information’s some people wouldn’t bother to discuss with. Too revolutionary, so they say. As if the Earth’s rotation about its axis, if revolution isn’t part of our day-to-day life. Nevertheless, we would like you to know that we support your organizations, the goals and principles you want to convey and realize. We are one with YOU.

Small-scale industries are the basic components of an emerging economy, who try to uplift the livelihood of the people and its basic necessities. We believe that it is the PEOPLE who are the decisive factor in all socioeconomic endeavors and social developments. However, most of our compatriots have meager incomes and have no means to uplift themselves from poverty.

The Philippine Economy and Philippine Financial System do not support the very lifeblood of our society, the poor workers and peasants. We could only make decisive forward leap, if we could defeat and uproot the basic problems of the Philippine society, the government’s unfit leadership, and the strangulation of our economy by foreign capitalist interest from the feudal-capitalist patriarchal economic system. We can not forever, accommodate ourselves from this kind of socioeconomic system. So, it is a historical decision.

In order for us to take off economically, we must struggle for the Agrarian-Industrial Revolution, the socialization of all arable and agricultural lands. The Philippine Financial System must reorient and redirect its financing from foreign transactions to domestic needs and enterprises to boost our local industries and entrepreneurs, specifically, the small-scale industries (to generate employment), people who are directly affected by the ebb and flow of national and global economic crisis. Likewise, the Renewable resources shall be the basic energy based of the Agrarian-Industrial Revolution (A.I.R.). These are the general visions that we have in mind.

Light and medium scale enterprises will be born directly from the basic industries and entrepreneurs. Now from the light and medium industries, in the process, heavy industries will raise based on the concrete needs and requirements of the small enterprises, light and medium industries. (We can not maintain a sound socioeconomic system by establishing small scale industries side by side with the establishment of modern machineries but after the need of it arise. The kind of it would only deplete our natural resources). Following this line, agriculture sector could boost the productions of all agricultural products to supply the goods and commodities needed by the small, light and medium industries. Now, the research and development, the science and technology needed shall follow through from the general plan and course of the Agrarian-Industrial Revolution (AIR)…

The Agriculture and Industry exist independently from each other, but interdependently complementing one another, as if symbiotic relations exist just like ecology. In Nature, there is no such things as hierarchy of things, there only exist a relationship of matters that has life and ever changing, an interconnections of life and nature. What we are trying to say is this, we must create a social milieu, a socioeconomic-sphere, socio-cultural sphere, scientific-technological sphere, socio-political sphere that rightly corresponds to the kind of society we want to made. Just like in a jigsaw puzzle, why? Because, we can not totally change the superstructure of our society if the social relations will only continue to produce the kind of alienation and oppressive conditions that (exist) we have.

So in other words, the superstructure of our society must correspond to the social mode of production. The social mode of production has two related systems: the relations of production and the forces of production. Without the harmonization of these two related systems you can not create a workable and flexible economic structure that attune to the basic needs of our people and society.

The relations of production pertains to the ownership of all the instruments of production system, the modern industry, the inventions of modern technology appropriate to simplified productions, the vast privately-owned agricultural land, the financial and banking system, and all the capital incentive which are necessary for the whole economy to work efficiently. It answers the question, who own the principal means of producing wealth?

The forces of productions are: all the resources the Mother Nature has given to us, the workers and the peasants, the skilled laborers, the scientist-technologist, the think-tank of innovations, and all the wage earners in the modern capitalist society. These people are ones who brings in the surplus capital necessary for the continued reproduction. They are the army of surplus labor and many of them are unemployed. Without them, the cog and well of the modern capitalist mode of production would not work. It answers the question, who are the creator of social wealth?

Why is it that we can not tap the intelligent human power that we have? Because the private ownership of the principal means of production do not correspond to the social relations created by the colonial, feudal-capitalist patriarchal relation of productions. Until we change the mode of production from capitalist privately owned production system to a SOCIALIST mode of production, we can not totally change the abject conditions this socioeconomic system supports. At least you can ameliorate some social problems that need to be attended to. But for how long to sustain it, that’s the big question.

That is why we must create new condition and institutions, and new social relationships necessary for the continuation, the development of which would support the right situations that would bring out the favorable atmosphere for socioeconomic development. Unlike the present situation it doesn’t. It seems that all roads to social developments are against us.

No way the capitalist class of the world could amazing and perfectly mastered the social productions and development as long as the management of socialize productions are within the framework of capitalist private mode of production. The capitalist mode of production cannot totally unleash the creative and powerful energy of the laboring masses for social creation. This is our historical indictment.

Then you would say, what will be are our long term goals and visions? That my friend I will leave to you as a question. Until we have a wide range social discussions about the visions we want, until we have been trace out all the possibilities and honestly evaluate all angles and social realities, until then, experience will only be the best weapon and teacher, the lessons of it would tell us if we have been right or wrong.

We claim that we don’t represent the people. But at least, we share some of that visions and dreams…

Extricate Ourselves from Social Mysticism

The real transformation of the Philippine Society can be brought by the conscious effort of the Filipino masses. Historically, our people have been undergone to various trails and errors just to correct the mistakes of our past experience. Politically, our system has been modeled to that of the Western civilization, which in the final analysis has not been really adapted to our condition and situation as an archipelagic country. The political parties have only served to entrench and cement the interest of the rich family in our society. Electoral processes are just a waste of time and resources of the people, what we get are only minimal concessions, unreal and illusory. Our friends, relatives cannot even be elected to assume leadership based on their skills and knowledge. We only postpone the eminent down fall of the ruling class by participating in as false exercises. Republicanism, democracy, dictatorship, parliamentary, constitutionalism all forms of disguise over lordship, has proven nothing to organize the people and society the way we should want it to be. Why? Because all forms of governments are the same, which has its corresponding style of domination and oppression.

Our conclusion is this, no matter how sincere we want to organize and mobilize the people based on the hierarchal-bureaucratic system we would not succeed. It is a proven fact and no one can deny it. It has been proven by experience and has been written many times before in history books. The only way out is to depart radically from that forms of subservient to any idolatrous symbolism, god, satan, church and government are just the extreme form of idolatry. Let us look within ourselves, inwardly and we would discover that freedom could be attained through self-discovery.

We, the Young Officers Union, an underground revolutionary movement in the A.F.P., have managed to infiltrate the “mysterious” leadership of the AFP’s generalship. We have proven and discovered that one way or the other, both ways, we could used the flow of the hierarchal leadership of the “Army” to propagate and disseminate the revolutionary thinking and ideas, even a libertarian principle can sip through by using the their systems.

It’s a war of the nerves. We have been got used to it. We have almost perfected it. We are just buying our time for the ripe moment to take on the ruling class and overthrow them.

We are counting on you, from the support of the masses of the people particularly the bulk of the Pan Filipino Worker’s Union, ranging from the sector of the Banking and Finance for the direct seizure of the people’s wealth and money from the bureaucratic capitalist, financial oligarchy and the multinational monopolist to support all social developments, the Manufacturing and Agricultural sector for the control of production system for faster and efficient distribution of goods and commodities to any point of the archipelago and the socialization of all agricultural land for the benefit of the poor peasants, the Urban Poor for the direct participation to social reconstruction and social planning, the Tele-communication, TV and Radio Stations for the propagation of the people’s need and interest, the Transportation sector for effective delivery and freeway for the people, the Teacher sector for the reorientation of our educational system, the Individuals for voluntary mass-action, do-it-yourself and self-help.

We don’t have the blue-print for the all these direct social activities however, we have faith in the people. Social Revolution is a mass undertaking therefore, no need for hierarchal organizational structure. What we need is a coordinated voluntary direct action from all the people concern to control our national economy and industry with the help from the different sectors of our society. From here, to that level of social consciousness and direct voluntary actions, we could go directly for the reorientation of our national and social life simply by announcing and broadcasting our intensions and goals. We are in favor of a Socialist Economic Order with socialist ecological considerations but, without the intervention from the government machineries, the State. The establishment of the governmental-statist system would only perpetuate the social organism of oppression and domination. It would hinder the revolutionary chemistry of our society. We don’t need to be an imperialist and “superpower” nation just to be “great.” What a difference it could make, if we become a country of Anarchist. The Statist thinkers are afraid of the free people. Let us create wonderful and amazing things for our country.

Again, this is not to suggest or to command you, that we know the ways and means for revolutionary social transformation, the people must participate in it. This is, just a public recommendations being submitted for scrutiny by the people for refinement and finishing touch. This letter can be pass-on for comments and suggestions to any individuals, groups and organizations, who are sincere, honest, and straightforward in dealings with seriousness, the realities of our social life. But we should not depart or deviate from the general directions that we have mentioned above.

1. Make politics relevant to our everyday experience of life again. The farther away the object of our political concern, the less it will mean to us, the less real and pressing it will seem to us, and the more wearisome politics will be.
2. All political activity must be joyous and exciting in itself. You cannot escape from dreariness with more dreariness.
